Research fusing glass and textiles

Initiators Ad van den Hoven and Lomans started in 2017 GlassLab den Bosch. A 400m2 workshop in the city centre of den Bosch. The workspace give artist and designers the ability to experiment with glass. An artistic environment to gain knowledge, research materials and experiment with techniques and glass in general. The aim of GlassLab is to provide and revitalize the crafts of glass to a new generation of makers.

Lomans is also involved as a designer at GlassLab den Bosch. In 2015 he started his ongoing research on fusing Glass and Textiles. Two opposite materials that leads to new glass techniques.
